Check-In

Materials (not limited to):
Journal, pencil, paint (tempera), cup, heavy paper, canvas or cardboard 

Directive:
• Over the next week (or 2) make note of your mood at the end of the day and associate that mood to a colour
• Then, grab your materials and combine all the paint colours into a cup and flip onto paper
• Can add more or less paint depending on how impactful your mood was that day
• Move paint throughout paper

Goal:
Release feelings, explore emotions
