Mindful Bubbles

Materials (not limited to):
Soap, water, food colouring, straw, cups, heavy paper

Directive:
• Combine soap, warm water and food colouring into a cup (watercolour paint works too)
• Place your straw in the liquid and mix
• Then, take a long breath in while slowly counting 1, 2, 3 and exhale into the straw using the same rhythm
• Let the bubbles drop onto your paper
• Repeat this as many times as you’d like

Goal:
Release stress, calming, focus on your breath
