Release

Materials (not limited to):
Relaxing music, drawing paper, pastels, crayons or markers

Directive:

• Play soothing background music
• Try to relax your thoughts and pay attention to your breath
• Spend a few minutes breathing in and out.
• Then, (if you feel comfortable) close your eyes and as you continue to breath in and out, visualize what you are breathing out
• While breathing in and out think about a size, shape, colour, and texture
• Once completed, draw what you breathed out
• Use any type of design to depict your thoughts

Goal:
Release of negative feelings and stress
